Humanities
We have a humanistic view of humanity and believe that everyone has the right to seek asylum and to a fair legal process.

Apolitical
We are not party-political, but we work to ensure that human rights and Danish law are respected.

Factual
We always speak objectively and respectfully, even when talking to people who don't share our vision.

Core values when working with asylum children and families
Honesty
Honesty
We are honest with everyone we help. This means, among other things, that we always tell our clients what their chances are in their legal cases and never give false hope.
Equality
Equality
We recognize that the relationship between our volunteers and those we help is asymmetrical, and we strive not to increase inequality. One way we do this is that volunteers do not give or receive gifts or money from the asylum seekers.
Independence
Independence
We encourage those we support to act independently based on the resources and opportunities they have.
We don't make decisions for them, but offer guidance and support to help them take control of their lives.

How we protect anonymity
We safeguard everyone's anonymity and the confidentiality that is built in the relationship between FairFuttid and those we help.
At FairFremtid, we are committed to protecting the anonymity of the children and families we support. That's why we have these special guidelines in place that apply to the organization's external communication.
- We don't talk specifically about people or causes outside the scope of FairFuture.
- We do not share images or names so that our clients can be recognized unless it is deemed to have a beneficial effect on their cases and with consent on a transparent basis.
- When we speak out through different media, we usually communicate about general trends rather than personal stories.
- If we share information about specific cases in our external communications, we always do so with consent and without being too specific to ensure that individuals are not recognizable - for example, the person's location in Denmark is not disclosed and an alias is usually used instead of their real name.
