Teams within FairFuture work closely together to support the needs of asylum seekers. Our Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and direction of our efforts, while our Customer Contact and Organization teams provide vital assistance to asylum seekers.

Ann started as a liaison and volunteer coordinator and has built a strong foundation in supporting both people and organizational structures. As Chairman of the Board, she focuses on ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the organization. She currently works as a consultant for transformation projects.

Nina works as general manager and legal advisor at FairFremtid. Nina has a background in sociology with a specialization in migration and integration processes as well as the gender perspective in Middle Eastern cultures.

Freja works with administration, reporting and monitoring of the association's initiatives as well as fundraising and is part of the association's communication team.
